The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure their comfort, providing extra assistance and ensuring they had everything they needed. the ironing facilities in the room were a great convenience, allowing us to easily freshen up our clothes after a long day of exploring the town. the heating in the room was perfect, keeping us warm and cozy during the chilly evenings. the tea and coffee facilities were well-stocked and a nice touch for relaxing in the sitting area while enjoying the stunning views from the large windows. the flat-screen TV and comfortable carpeted floor added to the overall ambiance of the room. We were pleasantly surprised by the spacious dining table, which made it easy for us to enjoy meals together as a family. the kitchen utensils and cookware provided were top-notch, allowing us to prepare meals with ease. We were also impressed with the electric kettle, making it convenient to enjoy hot beverages at any time. Overall, our experience at the hotel was exceptional, and we will definitely be returning in the future.
